CARBON REDUCTION:Throughout the duration of the tour, all meat offerings are accompanied by vegetarian or vegan alternatives. We are aware that many people are changing their diets, and we know that plant-based meat alternatives contribute to reducing the ecological footprint caused by human activity.
For the Comuna 13 tour, we hire a local guide from the neighborhood to provide an immersive experience of how tourism has impacted their lives. The entire activity takes place on foot, ensuring that our travelers do not generate any carbon emissions during this excursion.
During the city tour, the vehicle stays parked while travelers explore various locations on foot. On this particular activity, our travelers do not produce any carbon emissions.
ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE:
Our firm dedication to reducing human-generated waste is evident in our careful selection of dining establishments. The provision of meal offerings is thoughtfully aligned with our principles, and these establishments avoid the use of disposables such as plates, glassware, and cutlery. This approach exemplifies our commitment to sustainable practices.
We take proactive measures to minimize our impact on fragile ecosystems by educating our travelers about responsible tourism practices. This includes practices like reducing plastic waste and minimizing our carbon footprint. Additionally, we collaborate with local partners to ensure that we visit only areas that are under sustainable management and where the natural environment is both respected and protected.
