We are so pleased to read your positive comments about the impact you felt your trip had on the local communities you visited, as this is a particularly important aspect of our operations. On the other hand, we were saddened to learn that you were disappointed with the number of village performances and lack of wildlife viewing opportunities. I am sure you can appreciate, having travelled on similar tours with us in the past, that there is never any guarantee that animals will be seen in the wild, but the high concentration of birds, monkeys and other mammals in this part of South America means that they are usually spotted by our groups. This is reflected in the generally positive reviews we receive about this tour, which scores an average rating of 4.8*, and, having reviewed your group's completed Vacation Evaluation Forms (HEFs), we were pleased to learn that this trend continued. Nevertheless, we would not wish to downplay your disappoint and we can assure you that your feedback has been shared with the product manager for her consideration.
