1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Having been "trapped" by COVID then just going away was the most satisfying thing2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
We moved every day. We should have picked one or two places to stay for a couple of nights.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We paid to visit 3 national parks. Lake Ickkeul was clean and tidy but El Feidja was strewn with litter - plastic bottles and bags. Improving the environment should mean the Tunisians beginning by helping themselves. but the amount of rubbish strewn everywhere showed little or no regard for the environment.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
The guest houses we stayed in were generally very good and the people friendly. As I say above, getting away was the main thing for us. Tunisia does not have the big, glamorous sights as does, say, Jordan, but it was fine for what we wanted.Holiday Reviews
