1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Our last game drive at Buffalo Springs National Reserves in Samburu when we got to see a group of elephants (about 30!) feeding on green pasture/shrubs with no other cars nearby during dusk time. It was magical!2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Know beforehand that you will be going on "comfort" visits at curio shops where you will be expected to haggle your prices for souvenirs. Also, go during low season times when there are less tourists.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I feel that it has become more commercial with too many tourists at big sites like Masa Mara or Lake Nakuru, but tourism is the only way to bring economy to the people and allow the country to protect their natural resources.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
